Preheat oven to 300°.
In a large bowl, mix popped corn, rice cereal and nuts. Pour butter or margarine over mixture stir to coat.
In a small bowl, stir brown sugar and taco seasoning until blended. Sprinkle over popped corn mixture toss to mix well. Spread evenly in two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pans.
Bake for 5 minutes stir. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until brown sugar is melted and mixture is heated through.
