1. Place chicken spread, almonds, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and curry powder in a small bowl. Stir until blended. Stir in raisins if you wish.
2. Spread bread with a small amount of mayonnaise. Spread chicken filling on two slices of bread. Top with a leaf of lettuce or alfalfa sprouts if you wish. Cover each with a slice of bread. Cut in half before serving.
