Sift together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
In a mixing bowl combine the bananas and egg substitute. Add the dry mixture, mix well and then mix in the chocolate chips and raisins. Toast the walnuts in a dry sauté pan until starting to brown and add to the batter. Bake in a non-stick 5x9 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour.
