Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

1 (1-pound) can shoe peg corn
1 (1-pound) can green beans sliced
1 (1-pound) can petite peas very
1 cup celery chopped
1/3 cup onion minced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain all canned vegetables add celery and onion and mix in a bowl. Heat vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar until sugar is dissolved add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
