In a serving bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chaat masala and chill at least 4 hours. Before serving, prepare the chaat masala, then add it to the chutney and swirl lightly to mix, with parts of it visible as garnish. This chutney stays fresh 1 week in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
