Cheese Filling: Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, and parsley together with a wooden spoon then mix with wire whisk until smooth. Cook lasagna noodles and rinse to cool. Cook your favorite tomato sauce.
Makes 2 pans of lasagna.
In 1 large greased sheet pan layer ingredients:
#1. Sauce
#2. Noodles
#3. 1/4 of the Cheese filling
#4. Noodles
#5. 1/4 of the Mozzarella & A little Romano
#6. Sauce
#7. 1/4 of the Cheese Filling
#8. Noodles
#9. Sauce
#10. 1/4 of the Mozzarella and Parmesan & Romano cheeses.
Cover pan with aluminum foil, shiny side down. Make sure that your pan is deep enough to allow cheese to rise. Puff up the center of the foil so that it doesn't stick to the cheese, and then seal the edges around the pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
