* Disposable diapers or sanitary napkins (to use for dressings/splints/padding)

* Small splints, popsicle sticks
* Laxatives
* Syrup of Ipecac
* Chemical ice pack
* Hand warmer packets
* Safety pins
* Matches (waterproof)
