Cook rice according to package directions keep warm if necessary.
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté celery in butter or margarine for 10 minutes or until beginning to soften. Add apple and green onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
Stir in soup, milk, raisins and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in tuna, breaking up large chunks. Heat through.
Serve over rice sprinkle with almonds.
