For bottom section of doughman, flatten first cinnamon roll with palm of your hand and place on a sprayed baking sheet. Unwind 3-inches of the second roll, cut off and set aside. Flatten this second roll and place above first. Unwind 6-inches of the last roll, cut off and set aside. Flatten this roll and place for the head. Using some of the cut off dough, shape a hat for the doughman and place above head. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for about 45 minutes (if using Anytime! Rolls you can omit this step). Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Frost with cream cheese icing (included with rolls) and decorate with candies as desired.
