Ah! The days of our youth—the likes of Moose Hirsch—Etta and Eddie Beiter, the Thistley Hill Chowder and Marching Society. Whispering Smith AKA the South Wind and Count Ciro J. Fergosi and, also, the Kiener brothers, Ron and Ken. The laughs and grand times are unsurpassable.
Oh! For just one more time of Kemp for Congress and Kemp for Vice President. Let’s have more of those heady days of working our brains overtime for something very real that we could touch—high ideals.
Even though we are both in the “Cocktail Hour of Life,” I believe that the idealistic fire still burns in our souls. Only, now it takes bellows to keep the coals alive.
