Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the kasha, juice concentrate, sweetener and oil until well blended.
Sift the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. Stir until all the liquid has been absorbed. Don’t overbeat. Place in lightly oiled muffin tins, and bake for 16-20 minutes. Test to see if the muffins are done by inserting a toothpick in the middle of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done.
