Place the popped popcorn in a very large bowl. In a medium sized saucepan melt butter and chocolate together, stirring frequently. Add 1/2 batch of homemade marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat and pour over popped popcorn. Toss until popcorn is evenly coated. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake @ 275° for 20-25 minutes, stirring after 10-15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper. Store in an airtight container. This is a tasty but rich indulgence, and is a great holiday treat to pass out to friends. Pour some in a cellophane bag, tie it up with a festive ribbon and VOILA!
