Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

6 cups water
6 cubes chicken bouillon
1 packet instant wild rice mix
3/4 cup thinly sliced carrot
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups roasted chicken cut in bite sized pieces
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:

Bring water and bouillon to a boil in a Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add rice and enclosed seasoning packet. Add vegetables and chicken. Boil 10 minutes, stirring continually. Add condensed cream of chicken soup to mixture. Stir another 5 minutes until cream of chicken soup is mixed in thoroughly.
