Veggie Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

1 package tofu firm
1/2 cup mayonnaise soy
1 green onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seed or sesame seeds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Crumble the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients & mix well. Serve on crackers or bread.
