Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing


Serves: 6

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened raspberries
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions:

In a saucepan bring raspberries and sugar to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Strain and discard pulp. In a blender, combine the raspberry juice, oil and vinegar. Cover and process until smooth.
