Combine onion and garlic in food processor. Puree. Add cucumber and bell pepper. Puree. Add tomatoes and basil. Puree. Add rest of ingredients. Blend. You may need to remove a little of the puree from the food processor before adding all the tomato juice depending on the size of your processor. If so, you can just combine it all in the bowl you'll use for chilling. Taste for seasonings. Chill at least 1 hour before serving, or even better, overnight.
