Spirals with Grilled Vegetables (and Chicken)


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 12

Ingredients

1 pound fusilli or spiral pasta (rice, corn quinoa, regular durum wheat if allowed, etc)
minus the balsamic vinegar and parsley
2 cups or store bought red sauce
chopped parsley or basil
1 cup cubed grilled chicken (optional)

Directions:

Cut grilled vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Combine with red sauce (and chicken, if using) and heat. Boil pasta. Drain, and toss with sauce and vegetables. Top with chopped parsley or basil.
