1. Cut the slabs of ribs into smaller portions, usually 4 to 5 ribs.
2. Mix the brown sugar, garlic salt, paprika, and mustard in a bowl. Rub the mixture on both sides of the rib.
3. Tightly wrap the rib portions in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Place the wrapped ribs on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 300°F oven for 2 hours or until the meat is very tender.
