I would need to test it before deciding whether i would pay more than average: does it absorb moisture feom the food and get soggy, does it change the flavour, do foods stick in it or does it scorch in the oven/bubble in the microwave? Can you pre-make a quiche, for example, and refrigerate or freeze in the pan before baking? Compared to _which_ average pan price (disposable aluminium floppy ones, heavier disposables, or Wilton / Bake Rite quality pans)?

I don't think I would use them for daily use, but sounds perfect for bringing a dish to an event. Does it change the taste of the item cooked?

It sounds great! Is it washable, or is it for a one time use?

bring it on - worth a try!

I think that would be neat. I think I would use them. Norma K.

Like the idea very much!

Glass pie plates and casserole dishes also go in the microwave and oven. I'd probably use this product only occasionally. Could it be used as a freezer container, too? This would make me think again about buying as I have to use either plastic or paper now. Design it with a lid?

This sounds like a good idea. How tough is it? Is it intended for one use or multiable uses?
---
I like the sounds of this. A lot.
---
Sounds like a win-win situation. Bring it on!

I have recently been providing meals for friends and family who have new babies. I have been using disposable aluminum pans but have felt a little guilty about them ending up in a landfill! This product sounds amazing! I would definitely try them!
