Monday
Dovetailing Tips: Get your cheese grater ready, my friends! Shred 3 cups of Mozzarella and 2 1/2 cups of Cheddar. You will be set for the week without much extra work at all. You can also get ahead by slicing 4 extra carrots. Use what you need today and save the four additional for Thursday.
Tuesday
Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use a little of that chedded you shredded yesterday. You will also make great strides by chopping all of the onions for the week. Chop 4 onions and you should have plenty for all the recipes this week. Remember to chill them in the freezer for about 30 minutes before chopping to spare you some tears! A big bonus comes today with the salsa. Friday's recipe calls for 1/2 cup salsa so set it aside today and enjoy it Friday too!
Wednesday
Dovetailing Tips: Mozzarella and onion are on today's menu!
Thursday
Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use the carrots, onion, and Cheddar you have prepared. I love days like this!
Friday
