Watermelon Sorbet
Serves: 8
Light, cool, and fresh - perfect for summertime.
Prep Time: 15 min, 2 hr freeze time
Ingredients:
1 | small watermelon |
1/2 cup | vanilla yogurt |
2 Tbsps | sugar, or Agave |
1 Tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
Cut watermelon into small chunks (discarding the rind), and freeze them. When they're frozen, put them in a food processor with yogurt,sugar or agave, and lemon juice. Process until just smooth, being careful not to let it become watery. Transfer to a shallow glass or ceramic dish, and freeze for at least an hour. Use ice cream scoop to serve.
