I love Easter and the celebration of spring and new birth! With how gray this year has been, I think we all need some extra color and flowers and all things spring! And what better way to celebrate than with all the color and springy cuteness we can include at the table- particularly through pretty and perfect platters?

I love a good charcuterie board, and these boards, platters and trays are the perfect inspiration for your own cute board for the Easter holiday!

Look how cheery this platter is! I love the idea of using different vegetables for flowers. And the author, Cara, just uses rice cakes as the base! What an easy, healthy and beautiful way to present vegetables! They’re almost too beautiful to eat! Almost….. ;)

If you love the flower concept but want to do something different, how about a flowery fruit platter? This is on top of a cake, but you could easily just spread out a thin layer of buttercream or your favorite fruit dip on top of a cookie sheet and decorate from there! This one might take a little more patience, but with a stunning pay-off!
