ANSWER:

No...by design. Creating sub-chapters is potentially problematic. For example, figuring out which sub-chapter in Main Dishes to put your Spaghetti Casserole recipe into is a real dilemma. Would you put it in the Pastas sub-chapter or the Casseroles sub-chapter?
