* Serve with cornbread sticks and a mixed green salad with apple pie a la mode for dessert for a satisfying but easy supper. Sauté onion in butter or margarine until tender. Blend in flour, cook 3 to 4 minutes without browning. Add scalded milk, seasonings and cauliflower. Cook until smooth and slightly thick, stirring frequently. Just before serving, add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
