Place butter in a 4-cup microwavable measuring cup or bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Stir in milk until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce comes to a boil and is thickened, stirring every minute.
Stir in lemon juice and dill. Serve over fish or vegetables.
