"Your parents will probably like this fancy peanut butter sandwich, too."
1. Place on a flat surface 1/2 whole wheat pita.
Open the bread to make a pocket. Spread the inside with 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
3. Cut into thin slices 1/2 banana.
Place slices in pita pocket on one side.
3. Peel and shred 1 small carrot.
You will want about 3 tablespoons shredded carrot.
Spread carrot over banana slices. Top with 1/2 tablespoon raisins.
Wrap in a paper towel.
4. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 25 seconds or until peanut butter melts and sandwich is warm but not hot.
