* Blend whipped cream, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, cumin, mustard and garlic salt chill. Arrange lettuce on individual plates finely chop a few inner leaves and put in center of each. Divide chicken, cheese, salami or ham, oranges, avocado and olives on plates. Cover and chill. To serve spoon a portion of dressing over each serving and garnish with tortilla chips.
