Country Comfort Chicken Soup

Ingredients

5 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 cups baby carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (12-ounce) package fine egg noodle, uncooked

Directions:

Place all ingredients except noodles into a large soup pot; cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, uncovered, until chicken and vegetables are tender, about one hour. Remove chicken; let cool slightly. Stir in noodles. Simmer until noodles are done, about 5 minutes. While noodles are cooking, dice chicken and return to soup. Adjust seasoning as needed.
