Combine chocolate bars, chocolate chips and nuts; set aside. Place evaporated milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan; bring to a full boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add marshmallow creme and butter; stir in chocolate mixture. Beat until creamy and chocolates are melted. Pour into a buttered 13"x9" baking pan. Cool; cut into small squares.
