Super Salmon Paté

Ingredients

1 (7 3/4-ounce) can red salmon, drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all together well. Mold into wax paper-lined container. Chill several hours. Unmold onto plate, and garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes Serve with crackers.

Fun Fact: For easy cleanup of prepped ingredients, use flat-bottomed coffee filters, muffin cup liners, or paper cups to hold and separate chopped ingredients.
