Blend butter, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; brush over both sides of pineapple slices. Grill over high heat for about one minute per side, until golden and tender. Top each slice with a scoop of ice cream; garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry, if desired.
Tip: Scoop out a watermelon half, then fill with juicy fresh fruit like strawberries, peaches, blueberries, bananas, grapes and watermelon balls…always a favorite!
