Combine all ingredients except buns; mix well. Form into 8 to 10 patties; grill until cooked through, turning once. Serve on buns.
Tip: Sprinkle dried herbs like tarragon, rosemary, oregano or sage over hot coals before grilling…they’ll enhance the flavor of the food.
