Low-fat yogurt makes great low-cal dessert sauces. Mixed with softened frozen yogurt, it’s a thick sauce to serve with warm, puddinglike desserts. Heated slowly with a little powdered sugar and some crushed peppermint candies until smooth, it’s a pink peppermint sauce to serve with chocolate desserts. Stirred with a splash of almond or hazelnut liqueur, it’s a sauce to drizzle over fruit.
