Sprinkle the fish with salt inside and out.
Melt the margarine in a skillet. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook until tender. Add the parsley, basil, orange juice, marjoram and thyme and mix. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well. Stuff the fish with the breadcrumb mixture, brush with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
