Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Beat filling ingredients together until smooth and fluffy. Spread over crust. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Combine topping ingredients and spread over cooled filling. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
