Crust:
Blend margarine, flour, and walnuts. Press in bottom of 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350° until light brown. Cool.
First Layer:
Beat first 3 ingredients together and spread on prepared crust. Top with sliced bananas, then pudding layer.
Pudding Layer:
In saucepan, blend ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Cool before spreading over cream cheese and banana layer, then top with whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream. Refrigerate, and cut into 12 squares and serve.
