Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and seasonings together and marinate chicken overnight. Roll in cracker crumbs, (1/2 cheese crackers and 1/2 Ritz Crackers or all Ritz Crackers.) Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour on a cookie sheet.
Editor's Extra: A great do-ahead dish. Put it in the fridge the night before, or first thing in the morning—then it’s just a pop in the oven away from those rave reviews. If the chicken breasts halves are on the small side, this will cook in 40 minutes. Okay, we admit this one is borderline easy, but we love it, and we think you will, too.
