Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet brown the chicken on both sides.
While the chicken is browning, puree the salsa, orange juice, soy sauce, and honey in a food processor or blender. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for a few seconds. Pour the salsa mixture into the pan and boil until the chicken is cooked through and the salsa mixture has reduced to a glaze. It will be necessary to toss and stir the mixture frequently near the end of cooking to make sure that the chicken is coated and the glaze doesn’t burn. Serve
