Olio e Aglio

Ingredients

spaghetti noodles
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
hot red chili pepper to taste
2 teaspoons chopped, flat Italian parsley

Directions:

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain. Heat oil in small saucepan. Add garlic and hot pepper and cook on medium low heat until the garlic is golden color. Toss pasta with the olive oil, garlic and pepper. Add fresh chopped parsley and serve.
