Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

1 pie shell
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Pie can be served warm with whipped or ice cream.
