1. In heavy fry pan, cook sausage, celery and onion, crumbling meat with fork. Drain, reserving drippings.
2. Add enough hot water to drippings and reserved mushroom liquid to make 2 cups.
3. Pour KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix into large mixing bowl. Add liquid mixture and mushrooms, tossing lightly. Stir in sausage mixture.
4. Stuff turkey. Follow directions on Stuffing Mix package for turkey preparation and roasting.
SAUSAGE-MUSHROOM PAN STUFFING:
1. Follow steps 1 thru 3 above, increasing liquid mixture to 4 cups. Spoon prepared stuffing mix mixture into large casserole. Dot with margarine or butter. Cover.
2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove cover. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
VARIATION: With sausage mixture add chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives, chopped green bell pepper or combination of chopped tart apples, prunes and pecans.
