In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat together butter, brown sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture; stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter on a 14" round pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter to cool completely. Decorate as desired with chocolate frosting; sprinkle edges with garnishes. To serve, cut into wedges.
Tip: Yummy yogurt bars! Blend 8 ounces of plain yogurt with 8 to 10 ounces of peeled and chopped fresh fruit. Strawberries, bananas and peaches are especially yummy. Blend yogurt for 15 seconds in a blender; add fruit and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Makes six cool and creamy bars.
