Combine turkey, celery, grapes, pineapple, and nuts. In another bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry, and dry mustard. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Line 4 plates with red lettuce leaves and divide salad greens evenly. Mound the turkey mixture evenly on each of the 4 plates. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with bunches of grapes.
