It’s no mistake—there’s no flour or butter in these cookies. Heat oven to 350°; mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl with a wooden spoon until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes or until bottom of cookies are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. You may substitute raisins or coarsely chopped peanuts for some of the chocolate chips.
