Italian Potato Chips


Serves: 2
Total Calories: 120

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups red or russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan overmedium-high heat. Spread potatoes in hot oil. Cook, uncovered, for 5–6 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip potatoes. Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over top. Cook, uncovered, an additional 5–6 minutes. Place potatoes on a serving platter, add salt and pepper. Makes 2–3 servings.
