Cashew Vanilla Smoothie


Serves: 2
Total Calories: 50

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashew nuts
1 cup water
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 vanilla beans cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together until very smooth. Serve in a frosted glass and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Try this with almonds, but soak the almonds for 48 hours to make them softer and easier to digest.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, if you like.
