1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Using a spoon, spread the mustard on the inside of the bread bowl.
3. Layer one-fourth of the corned beef in the bottom of the bowl. Top with one-fourth of the Swiss cheese, and onefourth of the sauerkraut. Repeat the layers, ending with the sauerkraut.
4. Wrap the bowl with aluminum foil, leaving the top uncovered. Place the bowl on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven, and bake for 12 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove the foil and continue to bake another 3 minutes.
5. When cool enough to handle, cut into wedges and serve.
