Combine all ingredients in a large disposable roaster. Add water to fill 1/4 of roaster. Cover with aluminum foil. Place roaster on a grill. Cook over medium heat for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, checking after an hour and adding more water if needed.
Tip: To keep tablecloths from blowing in the wind, gather the corners below the table with gingham ribbon…picnic perfect!
