Spray tortillas lightly on both sides with butter-flavored non-stick vegetable spray. In a skillet over medium-high heat, toast each tortilla on both sides. Divide fruit evenly among tortillas; fold over. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
Tip: A fresh, fun dessert that kids will love...fruit kabobs! Just slide juicy strawberries, pineapple chunks, kiwi fruit slices and orange sections onto wooden skewers.
