Drain pears, reserving 1 cup juice. Bring juice to a boil and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Pour into blender. Add cream cheese and process until smooth. Add pears and process until smooth. Pour into bowl. Cool until thickened. Fold in whipping cream. Chill until set.
